Hi, I'm Elizabeth owner of Egrace LLC and I provide online couples and individual therapy in both Maryland and Colorado. My focus is helping you feel seen & heard while listening closely to your lived experience. I observe patterns, ask clarifying questions and provide feedback while offering new and different approaches. Our sessions offer tangible takeaways, deep listening and ways to nurture yourself in new and healing ways. I am an out of network therapist because I believe in people having the freedom to be seen as they need and without a diagnostic label.
